pdfhubb processes the files you upload solely to perform the action you request (merging, converting, compressing, and so on). We don't review, analyze, or use the content of your documents for any other purpose.

Uploaded files and generated results are automatically deleted from our storage shortly after processing completes or after a short retention window, whichever comes first.

We collect basic account information (email address) for registered users, and aggregate, non-identifying usage metrics to keep the service reliable and to enforce daily limits.
